Welcome
We are located in the River Park community of Sacramento,
California and are affiliated with the Babe
Ruth League, Cal Ripken Division.
Our league includes four divisions of boys and girls mixed teams
ages 5-12. T-Ball, Rookies, Minors and Majors. Registration
begins in November, Tryouts in January and Opening
Day in March. The season lasts through early June,
followed by All Star play.
Be Good Neighbors!
Please be respectful of our neighbors by (a) adhering to the 25 mph speed limit on Moddison Avenue;
(b) being careful not to park in front of a neighbor's driveway; and
(c) placing all trash in the trash bins. The vast majority of our neighbors are very supportive of the
league and we want to continue to be good neighbors toward them.
Post Game Clean-up
At the end of your team's game please help the coaches pick up the trash in the dugout,
in and under the stands, and in the parking lot and make sure it gets to a dumpster.
With the number of parents and players associated with each team, it will not take long to
clean up after each game.

Pitching Rules
Taking into account the potential for youth baseball
arm injuries related to pitching the league has
adopted pitching rules. This applies to the Major
and Minor divisions. You can

Babe Ruth Baseball recently updated their rules regarding the use of
composite bats in youth baseball.
